Two new poems appear online at Terrain.org

I’m thrilled to have to the opportunity to share two new poems with you at Terrain.org. Thank you so much to the staff at Terrain.org for their generous support, especially Simons Buntin and Derek Sheffield. Thanks to them you can read “The Robins” and “Fishing All Afternoon at Canonsburg Lake, and It is Hot” along with audio online. Thanks also for the gorgeously hungry and irate-looking robin image to introduce these poems from Ayman Haykal. The editors call these poems “myth-infused” – I’ve never thought of that in relation to my work, and I like that idea very much indeed.
